Capabilities


Williams has a full lab that will be updated in the near future capable of running trial chemicals, sealers, and their capabilities while using our salt spray cabinet. A portion of our lab equipment is actually shown in the image to the right.
With our state of the art fully programmable hoists there is no limit of what they can do!
Our touch screen monitor allows us to track each work load individually and give them any special attention they might need like slower speeds or extra dwell times.

Our work package or “load size” that we can handle is as follows
Rack zinc up to 80 inches from left to right
up to 20 inches front to back (direction of travel)
up to 48 inches in depth
up to 600 Lbs
Ecoat up to 72 inches from left to right
up to20 inches front to back (direction of travel)
up to 38 inches in depth
up to 750 Lbs
Barrel size is 42 inches long and 24 in Diam.
